  • Shipping Policy — Swimwear

    1. Overview

    We aim to deliver your swimwear safely and efficiently. You can choose between home delivery or delivery directly to your pool/venue.

    2. Shipping Options

    a. Home Delivery

    • Cost: £3.95 per order
    • Swimwear will be posted to the address provided at checkout.
    • Delivery typically takes up to 14 working days after dispatch.
    • If the award is out of stock, delivery typically takes up to 28 working days.
    • Standard postal tracking will be provided where available.

    b. Pool/Venue Delivery

    • You may choose to have awards delivered directly to your pool or venue.
    • Please provide the full pool/venue.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on pool schedules and location.
    • Swimwear will be left with the designated box unless otherwise instructed.

    3. Dispatch Times

    • Orders are usually processed within 14 working days.

    4. Shipping Issues

    • If your swimwear is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@swimsuperb.co.uk.

    5. International Shipping

    • Currently, swimwear is shipped within the UK only.
  • Refund Policy — Swimwear

    1. Overview

    This Refund Policy explains your rights when ordering awards from us.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

    a. Faulty items
    If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, you may request a refund or replacement. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Documentation (photos or description) may be required. All reports should be sent to; hello@swimsuperb.co.uk.

    b. Order Errors by Us
    If we dispatch the wrong item by mistake, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Items that are personalised, or customised.
    • Orders placed correctly but returned due to change of mind.
    • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
    • All cancellations. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

    4. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund for a faulty or incorrect item, email hello@swimsuperb.co.uk:

    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
    • Provide:
      • Order number
      • Your name and contact information
      • Description of the issue
      • Photos or supporting evidence (if applicable)

    5. Returns Process

    If a physical return is required:

    • Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.
    • Return postage costs are at your expense unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
    • Items can be brought to your venue to be returned.

    6. Refund Amounts

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

    7. Processing Time

    Refunds will typically be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned award or verifying eligibility for a refund.

    8. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refunds outside of these conditions will not be considered.
